Coffee's Benefits May Be Greatest Over Age 45
Coffee in a 10 year study decreased mortality 64% for those that drank 4 cups per day. Every 2 cups decreased the mortality 22%. The effects seemed to be greatest in the over 45 year olds. Read details HERE
